RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN
MARIN MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT AND CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of San Rafael be authorized
to sign and the City Clerk be authorized to attest that certain agree-
ment between the Marin Municipal Water District and the City of San
Rafael, which said agreement is dated the day of ,
1962, and which said agreement provides for the acquisition A improve-
ments for a system of domestic water supply by special assessment pro-
ceedings in Oak Woodlands Unit Two Assessment District, City of San
Rafael, Marin County, California; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said agreement be executed in
duplicate original and that a certified copy of this resolution be
affixed to each of the duplicate originals thereof.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, Marin
28th
County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
day of May , 1962, by the following vote, to wit:
