RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF IMPROVE-
MENT WORK, DOMINICAN HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION UNIT #1
Upon application of the Subdivider therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of the improve-
ment work provided for in that certain agreement between the City of San
Rafael and Custom Builders of Marin
as Subdivider, shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and in-
cluding the 23rd.day of June , 1� 63; this extension shall not
become effective unless and until said Subdivider files with the City Clerk
the written consent of the Surety Company upon said Subdivider's Faithful
Performance Bond to said continuance and waiver of Statute of Limitations
for the period of said extension.

foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
