RESOLUTION REQUESTING MARIN MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT TO FURNISH PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM IN FRANCISCO
BOULEVARD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, CITY OF SAN
I:AFAEL , I11ARIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
Rafael, Marin County, California, that the Marin Municipal Water
District be, and it is hereby, authorized and requested to furnish to
the City Council of the City ofSan Rafael plans and specifications for
adequate and appropriate conduits, pipes, hydrants and other appur-
tenances necessary for the purpose of supplying and distributing a
domestic water supply system to serve the area within the boundaries
of the Francisco Boulevard Assessment District, City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 16th day
