RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM IN
BRET HARTS DRAINAGE ASSESS!,.�NT DISTRICT,
CITY OF SAN P �'_T�-LL , I�i�RIiV COUNTY , CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED that the Assessment Diagram for District
to be Assessed for Improvements in Bret Harte Drainage Assessment
District, City of Sari Rafael, County of Marin, State of California,
which was filed with the City Clerk of the City of San Rafael on the
5th day of November, 1962, be, and it is hereby, approved as the
assessment diagram for said assessment district; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of
San Rafael be, and he is hereby, directed to have a certified copy
of said assessment diagram filed for record forthwith in the office
of the County Recorder of the County of Marin.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
5th day of November, 1962, by the following vote, to wit:
