RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED TO REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, GLENN P, WENTZ AND MARIAN WENTZ, his wife, as Joint Tenants,
have tendered to the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL a grant deed, dated
conveying to the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL certain real property described
therein; and
WHEREAS, the public convenience and welfare require the acquisition
of such property by said City for street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said deed dated
from GLENN P.-WENTZ and MARIAN WENTZ, his wife, as Joint Tenants,
be and the same is hereby accepted by and on behalf of the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL':
