the City of San Rafael, Amending the Uniform Fire Code, 1997 Edition, Prescribing Regulations for the
Prevention of Falls from Hotel Windows" (FD) (Continued from meeting of 11/19/2001)

17. Public Hearing — Consideration of Resolution Granting a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity and

18. Public Hearing — Consideration of Request for a Rezoning of the Aldersly Campus from Planned
Development (PD) District to a Revised PD District with Adopted Zoning Regulations, a Master Use
Permit and an Environmental and Design Review Permit for the Development of a 30 -unit Assisted
Living Facility and Associated Site Improvements on a 2.85 -acre Parcel; APN: 014-054-31 and 32;
Planned Development (PD) District; Aldersly Garden Retirement Community, Owner; Robert Jenkens,
