1HRRRAS, public interest, convenience and welfare require that the r�-A
property hereinafter mentioned be aocepted and used for the benefit of
the public of the City of San Rafael, California;
NOW, TIMSPORR, be it hereby RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Sara Rafael, California, that that certain grant of real property f.. x- Palle
Street and Public Utility purposes, Said parcel being more particularly
described in that certain deed from Thomas E. and Helen S. Schaal to City
of 8-n Rafael, Recorded August 7. 1957 in Libor 1133 of Official Records
at Page 1139 Marin County Records, be and the same is hereby Etaeepted and
the Clark of said City to hereby di re at ed to c use said conveyance to be
duly recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Marin,
State of California, forthwith upon the adoption of this resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RRSOLVED that the City Clerk drag a warrant on the City
Treasurer in thc> sum of $230.00 payable to Prank R. Michel folder and Thyra
Michel f slderbl is wife and forward the same to said payees in paym:er'it for
said property.

certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regulorly introduced
