WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael
has adopted a resolution finding and determining that the public
convenience and necessity require the construction of certain im-
proverin,ents-i-n Francisco Boulevard Assessment District, City of
San Rafael, Marin County, California; and
VHEREAS, a portion of the property to be assessed in

the City of San Rafael, as follows:
That it is the intentoaz intentof the City Council of the
City of Sar Rafael to adopt a resolution of intention to cause
improvements to be done in the 17-Z-anci sco Boulevard kssessment Dis-
trict, a co -,Dy of which proposed z-esolution of intent1*01'. -Ls annexed
hereto,, mar -ked "Exllni•lbit A", and by zhis reberen_ce incorporated
herein.
2. Inasmuch as a -,Dortion of tie area to be assessed in
said assessment district lies within the unincorporated area of

of Supervisors of the County of ]Karin for Jurisdiction over said
property, for the purpose of assessing the property within the un-
incorporated area of the County of 'Marin benefited by said work

3. The consent of the Board of Supervisors of the County

4. The City Clerk of the City of San. Rafael is hereby
di--rected to transmit a certified copy of this Resolution to the
County Clerk of the County of Marin.
i HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San
Rafael., Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof,
held on the 7th day of January, 1963, by the following vote, to
