RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM IN
CHULA VISTA ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, CITY OF SAN RAFAEL,
COUNTY OF MARIN. STATE OF CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED that the Amended Assessment Diagram for Chula
Vista Assessment District, City of San Rafael, Marin County, California,
which was filed with the City Clerk of the City of San Rafael on the
18th day of February, 1963, be, and it is hereby, approved as
the assessment diagram for said assessment district; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of
San Rafael be, and he is hereby, directed to have a certified copy
of said amended assessment diagram filed for record forthwith in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of Marin.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
18t;h day of March, 1963, by the following vote, to wit:

Ahy, Baar, Jensen, Menary and Mayor Melons
