RESOLUTION NO. 2784
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEEDS
MONTEC I TO SHOPPING CENT _i;)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of SAN RAFAEL, Marin County,
California, by and through its City Council, does hereby accept those
certain deeds executed as follows: -
(1) Deed from Marin Title Guaranty Company to City of San
Rafael, A Municipal Corporation, dated March 26, 1963;
(2) Quitclaim Deed from Crocker Anglo National Bank to City
of San Rafael, dated April 8, 1963;
(3) Quitclaim Deed from Bank of America National Trust and
Savings Association to City of San Rafael, dated March
8, 1963;
(4) Quitclaim Deed from Abe Blumenfield, et al, to City of San
Rafael, Dated March 26, 1963;
(5) Quitclaim Deed from George Casassa to City of San Rafael,
dated March 28, 1963;
(6) Quitclaim Deed from Omaha Woodmen Life Insurance Society,
a Nebraska corporation, to City of San Rafael, dated March
8, 1963; and
(7) Deed from Standard Oil Company of California to City of San
Rafael, dated March 8, 1963.
(8) Quitclaim Deed from Thrifty Drug Stores Co., Inc, to City of
San Rafael, dated April 15, 1963.
I, W. L. MORGAN, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
special meeting of the Council of said City held on Friday, the 19th day of
April, 1963, by the following vote, to -wit:
