RESOLUTION CONTINUING THE PUBLIC HEARING, CONSIDERATION
OF THE ENGINEER'S REPORT AND ASSESSMENT IN BRET HARTE
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, MARIN COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
County of Marin, State of California, that the public hearing and the
consideration of the Engineer's Report and Assessment in the Bret Harte
Assessment District be, and they are hereby, continued to the 17th day
of June, 1963, at the hour of 8:00 P.M.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 20th day
of May, 1963, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Aby, Baar, Barbier, Jensen, and Mayor McInnis
NOES: Councilmen
ABSENT: Councilmen
