OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL TO BRING UNLAWFUL
DETAINER PROCEEDINGS AGAINST TENANTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, that the City Attorney of the City of San
Rafael be, and he is hereby, authorized to bring unlawful detainer
proceedings against BETTY PARKER and BENNY PARKER for the purpose
of acquiring possession of that certain real property of the City
of San Rafael, a municipal corporation of the State of California,
to wit, 63 West Railroad Avenue, San Rafael, California, and for the
further purpose of the rent due from said tenants for said real pro-
perty.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney of the City of
San Rafael is hereby authorized. to take any and all proceedings in
unlawful detainer for the acquisition of possession of said property
and obtaining said rental and any damages to said property.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
17th day of June 1963, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Jap, Iaar, Barbier, `Jensen, and Mayor IRelnnis
NOES: Councilmen 4

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, that the City Attorney of the City of San
Rafael be, and he is hereby, authorized to bring unlawful detainer
proceedings against NMY PARKER and. BENNY PARKER for the purpose
of acquiring possession of that certain real property of the City
of San Rafael, a municipal corporation of the State of California,
to wit, 63 West Railroad Avenue, San Rafael, California,, and for the
further purpose of the rent due from said tenants for said real pro-
perty.
