Portland Cement concrete (classes "All and "B" and stand by time) Item No II - Bricks -wire cut common VHH RTAS, sealed bids or proposals were received by the City Council for the furnishing of road materials and all such bids or proposals were publicly opened, examined and declared; and Camgros Gravel & Fuel Co 626 Third Street WHEREAS, San Rafael, California (Items No I and No II) McPhail1s Inc. and P. 0. Box 707 (Item No I only) San Rafael, ae_, Ca ly . ' were and are the lowest responsible bidders or proposals at the quotations stated in their respective bids for Items No I -Portland Cement Concrete (Classes 11.0 & "BEt and Stand-by time) Item No II Bricks wire cut common. PTO'', THEREFORE, IT IS HERBY RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City with each of said successful bidders in accordance with the terms, specifications, and general provisions of their respective bids, so far as their bid concerns Item No I -Portland Cement Concrete (Classes "All & "B" and Stand-by time) Item No II Bricks wire cut common. FURTHLR RESOLVED, that all other bids or proposals,other than those herein mentioned, are hereby rejected and the City Manager is directed to return all accompanying certified checks, cash, and bond of said unsuccessful bidders.
