WHEREAS, the bid or proposal of El Cer-r_.to_ Cali.forn;p
, at the quotation stated in his
bid, was and is the lowest responsible bidder or proposal, for
Rock Screenings
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Playor and
City Clerk are authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the
City with said successful bidder in accordance with the terms,
specifications, and general provisions of said bid or proposal, so
far as it concerns Rock Screenings
FUR THE -R RLSOLVED, that all other bids or proposals as to
said items are hereby rejected and the City Manager is directed to
return all accompanying certified checks, cash, and bond of said
unsuccessful bidders.
