RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING GENERAL REVOLVING ACCOUNT
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer is authorized and
directed to open and maintain a special deposit account to be
entitled:
"City Treasurer, City of San Rafael, General Revolving
Account"
for the purpose of depositing funds authorized by the Council
of the City of San Rafael to be deposited in said account for
payment of demands against said City that have been approved
for payment and authorized to be paid by the Council of the
City of San Rafael.
I, W. L. MORGAN, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced at a regular meeting of the Council
of said C4,ty held on Monday the lst day of July 1963, by
the following vote, to -wit:
