BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer is authorized and
directed to open and maintain a special deposit account to be en-
titled "CITY TREASURER, CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, PAYROLL REVOLVING
ACCOUNT' for the purpose of depositing funds authorized by the
Council of the City of San Rafael to be deposited in said account
for payment of salary and wages to employees of said City.
The City Clerk and Finance Officer will prepare and deliver
to the City Treasurer a list of employees to be paid at the end
of each pay period from earning records maintained in his office,
and deliver the list together with a warrant covering total amount
of monies to be paid. Said list will state the amount to be paid
to each employee and amounts of withholding to be paid to agencies
entitled to receive the withholdings from employees wages.
I, W. L. MORGAN, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly in-
troduced at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on
Monday the lst day of July 1963, by the following vote, to -wit:
