A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
NORTHGATE INDUSTRIAL PARK, UNIT ONE
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 27+9 adopted
by this Council on March 4, 1963, said Council has received a pro-
posal to purchase bonds to be issued to represent unpaid assess-
ments to be levied pursuant thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said bonds be, and they are hereby, ordered sold to
H & F Improvement Bond Co., Inc., said sale to be subject to all
of the terms and conditions set forth in said accepted bid.
2. That the City Treasurer be, and she is hereby, directed
to have said bonds printed forthwith upon confirmation of the
assessment, and that the same be signed, sealed and delivered to
said bidder on receipt of the amount therefor as above stated and
upon the performance of the conditions contained in said written
offer.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the same
is hereby, fixed at the rate stated in said bid.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of S, n Rafael, lifornia, at a meeting
thereof held on the day of 1963, by the fol-
lowing vote of the members thereof:
