RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
jILING OF AN AMENDED ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE
OF COST OF IMPROVEMENTS IN OAK WOODLANDS
UNIT TWO ASSESSA'fENT DISTRICT, CITY OF SAN
RAF AEL , MAR IN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, an Engineer's Estimate of the cost of the improve-
ments to be acquired in the Oak Woodlands Unit Two Assessment District,
City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, is on file in the pro-
ceedings for the formation of said district; and
WHEREAS, the work has been completed and certain costs have
been incurred which differed from the costs shown in the Engineer's
Estimate on file in said proceedings; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work for said Assessment District
has filed an Amended Engineer's Estimate of Cost of the improvements
to be acquired in said district, which estimate is attached hereto
and labeled "Exhibit A";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, that the Amended
Engineer's Estimate of Cost for the acquisition of improvements,
attached hereto and labeled "Exhibit A", is hereby adopted as the
cost estimate covering payments to be made in said proceedings.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the 5th day of August, 1963, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Ally, Baar, Barbier, Jensen, and Mayor McInnis
