RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND GIVING NOTICE OF
COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN OAK WOODLANDS UNIT
TWO ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, MARIN
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work, having certified to
this City Council that the improvements to be acquired under
Oak Woodlands Unit Two Assessment District, City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, have been inspected and have been
found to comply with the approved plans, special provisions,
and standard specifications, and having recommended that said
work be accepted as completed on the 5th day of August, 1963;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said work is
accepted as completed on the 5th day of August, 1963, and the
City Clerk of the City of San Rafael is hereby directed to file
for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County
of Marin a Notice of Completion.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San -,,Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the 5th day of August, 1963, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Aby, Baar, Barbier, Jensen, and Mayor MCIRMS
NOES: Councilmen
