THE STATE
PURSUANT
.C CHAPTER 1641,
STATUTES
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael has previously requested the State Department
of Finance to provide planning assistance to it seder authority of Chapter 1641,
Statutes of 1959 in conjunction with Section 701 of the ;dousing Act of 1954 as amended;
and
W EREAS, the State has accordingly prepared a proposed agreement between the
City and State entitled "Agreement Between the State of California and the City of San
Rafael Relating to Urban,Planning Assistance", further identified as LPO -P1 28 -CS -LA -2„
NOW9 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows
1. That the Mayor and City Clem is hereby authorized and directed to execute
the aforesaid agreement with the State on behalf of the City, and the City agrees to be
bound by the terns thereof®
