A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PARTIAL REASSESSMENT MARIN BAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, California, that WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with the City Clerk of said City pursuant to Resolution of Intention No, 2576 adopted by this Council on March 19, 1962, which assess- ment and diagram was subsequently modified and confirmed by this Council on June 13, 1962 and recorded in the offices of the Superintendent of Streets and Tax Collector on July 23, 19629 WHEREAS, in the opinion of this Council, the assessments designated Diagram and Assessment Nos. 73 and 74 are void and unenforceable and not effective through the curative provisions in relation thereto NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the Engineer of Work be, and he is hereby, instructed to prepare a partial reassess- ment as to said parcels, by assessing upon and against said par- cels of land the benefits derived and to be derived by said parcels from the work, estimated as of the date of filing the original assessment in the offices of the Sine rintendent of Streets and Tax Collector of the City of San Rafael, I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct Cop -,T resolution a resolutionlon duly passed and adopted by the City I Council of the City o -f " San Rafael, California, at a meeting thereof held on the day of A L4 6 g !gb by the following vote of the members thereof: AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: NOES, Councilmen: ABSENT,, Councilmen-.
