A RESOLUTION OF PRELIMINARY DETERMINATION AND OF
INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
MIARIN BAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
California, that the public interest, convenience and necessity
require and that it is the intention of said Council to make the
following changes and modifications in the proceedings under
Resolution of Intention No. 2576 adopted by said Council on
March 19, 1962, to -wit:
1. Change and modify the work to be done and the plans and
specifications therefor, to substitute plans for said work as
revised October 21, 1963 in place of the original plans now on
file in the office of the City Clerk.
2. Change and modify the estimate of cost to substitute
the Engineer's Estimate of Cost as revised October 21, 1963 in
place of the original estimate of cost now on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
3F Said changes and modifications shall be made by filing
said revised plans and estimate of cost in the office of the
City Clerk as a supplement to the documents now on file.,--,,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 8th day of �Ncrvembezr,
1963, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M., in the regular meeting
place of said Council, Council Chambers, City Hall, San Rafael,
California, are hereby fixed as the time and place when and where
said Council will consider the matter of making said changes and
modifications and whether or not the public interest, convenience
and necessity require such changes and modifications, and hearing
all persons interested therein.
The City Clerk of said City shall cause a copy of this Reso-
lution to be published once in the San Rafael Independent -Journals
a newspaper of general circulation published in said City and the
newspaper in which the Notice of Improvement under said Resolution
of Intention was published; to cause a copy thereof to be posted
on or near the Council Chamber door; and to cause a copy thereof
to be mailed to the owner whose name appeared on the last equal-
ized assessment roll as owner of real property within said dis-
trict, or as known to the Clerk. Said publication, posting and
mailing shall be completed at least ten days before the date of
hearing.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of San Rafael,,,California, at'a meeting
thereof held on the day of 1963, by the
following vote of the members thereof:
