RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE DECISION, DETERMINATION OR
REQUIREMENT OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY O
SACT RAFAEL IN CONNECTION WITH THE TWO -LOT DIVISION
OF HARRY KIRSNER OF PARCEL NO. 12-023-o8 LOCATED O
HILLSIDE AVENUE.
WHEREAS.,
on the 22nd day of October 1963, approved that certain two -lot
subdivision of Parcel No. 12-023-08 submitted by Harry Kirsner
and imposed certain conditions in connection with suchsubdivision;
And Whereas, the matter came on regularly for hearing on
appeal before the City Council of the City of San Rafael on the
18th day of vea ber 1963;

And good cause appearing therefor;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the decision of the Planning Commission of the
City of San Rafael ., hereby affirmed, except that the requirements
or conditions ...
read as follows:
(a) A copy of the agreement to extend the water main
any building permits are issued for development
(b) Fire hydrant to be required, location to be deter -
mused by the FareChief;
