A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING PARTIAL REASSESSMENT
MARIN BAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
California, that
WHEREAS, said Council did on the 4th day of November, 1963,
adopt its Resolution No. 2887, directing the Engineer of Work to
make and file with the City Clerk a partial reassessment of
Assessment Nos. 73 and 74, the former assessments upon which,
under Resolution of Intention No. 2576 adopted by this Council
on March 19, 1962, are so designated upon the original assessment
and diagram which were confirmed bysaid Council on June 18, 1962
and recorded in the offices of the Superintendent of Streets and
Tax Collector of the City of San Rafael on July 23, 1962;
WHEREAS, said Engineer of Work did on the 4th day of November--

196, file with the City Clerk of said City a diagram and partial
reassessment;
WHEREAS, said Council fixed Monday, the 2nd day of December,
196; as the time for hearing said partial reassessment and caused
notice of said hearing to be published in ten consecutive issues
of the San Rafael Independent -Journal, as appears from the affi-
davit of publication on file in the office of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said hearing, no
protests or• objections were made or presented to the proposed
partial reassessment, and all matters and things pertaining to
said partial reassessment were duly heard and considered by said
City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that said partial reassess-
ment filed with said City Clerk be, and the same is hereby,
ratified, approved and confirmed.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the City Clerk of this City shall
deliver said partial reassessment to the Engineer of Work together
with a certified copy of this resolution thereto attached, and
said Engineer of Work shall thereupon record such partial reassess-
ment with a certificate at the end thereof by the City Clerk of
this City, that it is the partial reassessment confirmed by the

The Engineer of Work shah_ note opposite the assessments in
said origina'). diagram and assessment that they have been displaced
by said partcial reassessment, giving its date, and shall credit
upon such partial reassessment all payments theretofore made upon
the original assessment. When said partial reassessment has been
recorded, the Engineer of Work shall cause the original assess-
ments involved to be cancelled.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of San Rafael, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the day crw �rrt. , 1963, by
