A RESOLUTION DETERMINING CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY
AND ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
MARIN BAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the C -i -'u -y of San Rafael,
California, that
WHEREAS, on November 4, 1963, this Council adopted its Resolution
No. 2889 of Preliminary Determination and of Intention to make changes
and modifications, wherein it did preliminarily determine that the
public interest, convenience and necessity require and that it intends
to order certain changes and modifications therein particularly
described, in the proceedings being conducted under Resolution of
Intention No. 2576 adopted by this Council on March 19, 1962;
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution No. 2889, notice has been
duly given of the time and place when and where said Council will
consider and finally determine whether the public interest, conven-,
fence and necessity require said changes, and when and where it will
consider and finally act upon the matter of making said changes and
modifications and when and where it will hear all protests in rela-
tion thereto; and
WHEREAS, persons interested appeared or filed written
protests against said "proceedings or any part thereof., and all persons
desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard, and all
matters and things pertaining to said changes and modifications were
fully heard and considered by this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED, as follows:
'I. That --- all protests and objections be, and they are hereby,

overruled.
2. That the public interest, convenience and necessity require
said changes and modifications as set forth in Resolution No. 2889
adopted by this Council on November 4, 1963.
3. That said changes and modifications are hereby ordered to be
made and had, all as more particularly set forth in said Resolution
No. 2889.

Council of the C-Ity of San Rafael, Ca' iforn-ia, at a meetling
