RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND GIVING NOTICE OF
COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMiTS IN CHULA VISTA
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, CITY OF SA RAFAEL) MARIN
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
W-HEREAS, the Engineer of Work51
having certified to
this City Council that the improvements to be constructed
under Chula Vista Assessment District, City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, have been inspected and have been
found to comply with the approved plans, special provisions
and star Bard specifications, and having recommended that said
work be accepted as completed on the 16th day of December, 1963;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1'T RESOLVED that said work is
accepted as completed on the 16th day of December, 1963, and the
City Clerk of the City of San Rafael is hereby directed to
record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
Marin a Notice of Completion.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly

Ra:ael, Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof'
