A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION AND DIRECTING ENGINEER
TO FILE NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE OF COMPLETION
NORTHGATE INDUSTRIAL PARK - UNIT NO.1
PHASE I
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
California, that
�j WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work of said City has filed with the
City Council of this City, Engineer's Certificate as to the comple-
tion of all of the work of Phase I provided to be done under and
,,pursuant to the contract between said City and Linscott Co. Inc.,
dated August 12, 1963; and
II WHEREAS, it appears to the satisfaction of this Council that
said work under said contract has been fully completed and done as
provided in said contract and the plans and specifications therein
referred to;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That acceptance of completion of said work be, and it
pis hereby, made and ordered.
2. That the Engineer of Work is directed to execute and
file for record with the County Recorder of the County of Marin,

Notice of Acceptance of Completion thereof, as required by law.
I hereby eertify,that the foregoing is --a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Sa Rafael, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the 002O day of O'Zr/V 1964, by the follow-
ing vote of the member�Fereof:
