RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, GENERAL
PROVISIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS AND DIRECTING
CALL FOR BIDS FOR one (1) Model Gasoline
Motorized Heavy Dut7 _ruck Cha,ssis and Cab,.
WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of San Rafael, California,
presented to the City Council of said City and filed with the City Clerk
thereof plans, specifications, general provisions and instructions to
bidders entitled One (1)
Model Gasoline Lcto-rized Hea'ry Dutv
truck Chassis and Cab. ; and
WHEREAS, said City Council has examined and considered said documents
and the same appear to be in all respects correct and proper.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ORDERED AND RESOLVED, that said plans,
specifications, general provisions, and instructions to bidders be and the same
are hereby approved as the official plans, specifications, general provisions
and instructions to bidders for the furnishing of materials, services or doing
of said work,
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED AND RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of said
City be and he is hereby authorized and directed to cause to be published in a
manner provided by law a notice inviting sealed proposals for the furnishing of
materials, services, or doing of said work, which notice shall contain among
other things required by law, a statement of the time and place hereby fixed
and appointed for opening, examining and declaring said proposals, to -wit:

I, W. L. MORGAN, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
