HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC Resolution 3101RESOLUTION NO. 3 (© 1 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND DIRECTING CALL FOR BIDS FOR PROJECT 45, PHASE III BOX CULVERT CONSTRUCTION FOR THIRD STREET IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, City Engineer, of the City of San Rafael, California, presented to the City Council of said City and filed with the City Clerk thereof, Plans and Specifi- cations entitled PROJECT 45, PHASE 111 - BOX CULVERT CONSTRUCTION FOR THIRD STREET IMPROVEMENT and WHEREAS, said City Council has examined and considered said plans and speci- fications and the same appear to be in all respects correct and proper; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ORDERED AND RESOLVED that said plans and specifi- cations be and the same are hereby approved as the official plans and specifi- cations for doing said work; IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED AND RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of said City be and he is hereby authorized and directed to cause to be published in a manner provided by law a notice inviting sealed proposals for doing said work, which said notice shall contain among other things required by law, a statement of the time and place hereby fixed and appointed for opening, examining and declaring said proposals, to -wit: 8 o'clock PM, August 17, 1964 , at the Council Chambers of said City Council in the City Hall, on "A" Street in said City. I, W. L.
