RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR One (1) Set Hydraulic Hoist and
Dump Bodv
WHEREAS, sealed bids or proposals were received by the City Council
for the furnishing of One (1) Set Hydraulic Hoist and Dump Body
and all such bids or proposals were publicly opened, examined and declared;
and
WHEREAS, the bid or proposal of Earl Sherman & Cn :
2526 'good St. , Oakland 7. Calif . , at the quotat i on stated i n h i s b i d,
was and is the lowest responsible bidder or proposal,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City with said
successful bidder in accordance with the terms, specifications, and general
provisions of said bid or proposal.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that all other bids or proposals are hereby
rejected and the City Manager is directed to return all accompanying certified
checks, cash, and bond of said unsuccessful bidders.
I, W. L. MORGAN, City Clerk, hereby certify, that the foregoing
resolution was duly introduced and adopted at a meeting of the City Council
