RESOLUTION FIXING THE RATE OF TAXES FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1964-65
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Tax Rate for the City of San Rafael
for the Fiscal Year 1964-65 shall be, and the same is hereby fixed as
follows, to -wit:
No. 1. For the General Fund the sum of ............ $ .61
on each $100.00 assessed valuation.
No. 2. For the Park Fund the sum of ................ .12
on each $100.00 assessed valuation.
No. 3. For the Library Fund the sum of ............ .11
on each $100.00 assessed valuation.
No. 4. For Employees' Retirement Fund the stun of .. .10
on each $100.00 assessed valuation.
TOTAL RATE $ .94
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the territory designated as Terra
approved
Linda No. 9/for annexation by Charter Ordinance No. 771 as evidenced by
Certificate of the Secretary of State, dated April 24, 1963, and consisting
of lots known as Parcel Numbers:

175-162-01 to 175-162-09 Inclusive
175-163-01 to 175-163-05 Inclusive
175-171-01 to 175-171-14 Inclusive

Assessment in the amount of SEVEN AND 46/100THS ($7.46) DOLLARS on each parcel
to pay for Municipal Improvements pursuant to terms of the Annexation and
provision of Charter Ordinance No. 771.

the foregoing Resolution No. 3113 was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
by the Council of the City of San Rafael at a regular meeting of said Council
