WHEREAS it appears that the easement(s) hereinafter described is
unnecessary for present or prospective public use;
NOW9 'T'IMEFOaE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOILO'eyS :
1. That the City Council of the City of San Rafael, California,
hereby elects to proceed under the PUBLIC SERVIC, EASE',J'NTS VACATION
I;AW of the State of California;
2. 71hat the City Council of the City of San Rafael, California,
hereby declares its intention to close, vacate and abandon the easements)
