AND WMMAS,, it appears to the City Council of the City

now, ARE, IT IS RESOLVED that bonds required by
Section 11,612 of the Business and Professions Code of the
State of California shall be 50% of the total estimated cost of

RESOLUTION FIXING AMOUNT OF BOND PURSUANT TO
SECTION 11,612 OF THE BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONS
CODE OF THE STATE,O`F CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, Section 11,612 of the Business and Professions
Code of the State of California requires that subdividers post
a bond with the city securing payment to the subdivider's
contractor, his subcontractors, and to persons renting equipment
or furnishing labor or material to them for the improvements
described in Section 11,612 of the Business and Professions Code
of the State of California;'
AND WHEREAS, Section 11,612 of the Business and Professions
Code of the State of California requires that the amount of
said bond be determined by the governing body of the city,
which shall be not less than 50% nor more than 100% of the total
estimated cost of the improvement defined in said Section;
AND WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City
of San Rafael, California, that said bond should be set in the
amount of 50% of the total estimated cost of the improvement,
as defined in said Section;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that bonds required by
Section 11,612 of the Business and Professions Code of the
State of California shall be 50% of the total estimated cost of
the improvements defined in said Section.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San
Rafael, Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof
