RESOLUTION FINDING INTEREST COUPON NUMBERED.5 OF BOND NUMBERED
54 OF THE WHITE OAKS UNIT TWO ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, SERIES 1961-
,3, ARE LOST OR DESTROYED, DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE OF NEW COUPON,
AND APPROVING AND DIRECTING THE ENDORSEMENT OF SUCH APPROVAL OF
SECURITY FILED BY THE OWNER OF SAID BOND.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of San Rafael, a municipal corporation of the
State of California, that the City Council thereof finds that Interest Coupon
numbered 5 -of Bond numbered,, of the White Oaks Unit Two Assessment District,
Series 1961-3, are lost or destroyed, and new coupon similar to those lost or
destroyed shall be issued to replace them in the form required by law.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED thatthe Bond.in the amount of $234, heretofore
filed by the owner of said coupon, to wit, Fireman's Fund Insurance Company,
a corporation, to indemnify the City of San Rafael, a municipal corporation
of the State of California, against any loss incurred on account of said lost
or destroyed coupon, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk of the
City of San Rafael are hereby authorized to duly endorse said Bond as approved,
and thereafter it shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk of the City
of San Rafael, or the office of the Treasurer of the City of San Rafael.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, a municipal corporation
of the State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
day of 1964, �� 1964, by the following vote, to wit:
