RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction
of PROJECT 45, PHASE III, BOX CULVERT CONSTRUCTION FOR THIRD STREET
IMPROVEMENT provided for in that certain Agreement between the
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL and HOWARD C. BOND as Contractor, shall be
completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the 24th
day of December, 1964,
I, W. L. MORGAN, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on
Monday, the 16th day of November, 1964, by the
following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Abyr Baar, Barbieri lessen, anvil Mayor M dnnd
NOES: COUNCILMEN
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN
