RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESS�TNT DIAGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
Rafael, Marin County, California, that the Assessment Diagram for
Francisco Boulevard Assessment District, City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California, which was filed with the City Clerk of the City
of San Rafael on the 21st day of December, 1964, be, and it is hereby,
approved as the Assessment Diagram for said assessment district; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of
San Rafael be, and he is hereby, directed to have a certified copy
of said Assessment Diagram filed for record forthwith in the office
of the County Recorder of the County of Alameda.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the 21st day of December, 1964, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Aby, Baar, BarWer, Jensen, and Mayor W&_*
NOES: Councilmen
ABSENT: Councilmen
