RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
PROJECT 452PHASE II, THIRD STREET IMPROVEMENT provided for in that
certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL and MAGGIORA,
GHILOTTI & MADSEN, INC. as Contractor, shall be completed, be and it
is hereby extended to and including the 15th day of January,
1965.

Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regulatly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council
of said City held on Monday, the 21st. day of December, 1964,
by the following vote, to -wit:
