RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3161 OF SAID CITY COUNCIL.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 16 (a) (7) of Resolution No. 3161 of the
Council of the City of San Rafael is hereby amended to read as
follows:
11(7) Applicant shall also furnish a financial state-
ment prepared by certified public accountant or licensed
public accountant as to the licensee's financial ability
to complete installation and operation of the CATV system."
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
a municipal corporation of the State of California, at/ a regular
meeting thereof, held on the ,. day of�12�Bynci , 196_,
