Home My WebLink AboutCC Resolution 3178RESOLUTION NO. 3178 RESOLUTION AFFIRMING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL IN CONNECTION WITH THE RENAMING OF BELLAM 60ULEVARD TO KERNER BOULEVARD WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of San Rafael, on the 12th day of January 19 65, recommended the renaming of a portion of Bellam Boulevard to Kerner Boulevard in the manner shown on the record map of Bellam Subdivision Nn- One WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of San Rafael determined that the public necessity, convenience and general welfare required the change of street name, in that, the change of street name follows the street naming pattern of the neighborhood; WHEREAS, the matter came on regularly for consideration by the City Council of the City of San Rafael on the 18th day of January 19 65 ; WHEREAS, evidence, both oral and documentary, was produced and good cause appearing therefor; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of San Rafael to rename Bellam Boulevard to Kerner Boulevard is hereby affirmed.
