Home My WebLink AboutCC Resolution 3179RESOLUTION NO.Y1 7 RESOLUTION AFFIRMING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL IN CONNECTION WITH THE RENAMING OF HUNT ROAD TO TAMARACK DRIVE WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of San Rafael, on the 12th day of January 1965 , recommended the renaming of Hunt Road. as shown on the subdivision map of 11Tcrr :% 1 i n da Unit 1711, to Tamarack lir i va WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of San Rafael determined that the public necessity, convenience and general welfare required the change of street name, in that, the change of street name follows the street naming pattern of the neighborhood; WHEREAS, the matter came on regularly for consideration by the City Council of the City of San Rafael on the 18th day of January 19 65 ; WHEREAS, evidence, both oral and documentary, was produced and good cause appearing therefor; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of San Rafael to rename Hunt Road to Tamarack Drive is hereby affirmed.
