RESOLUTION CONTINUING THE PUBLIC HEARING, CONSIDERATION
OF THE ENGINEER'S REPORT AND ASSESSMENT AND THE BIDS FOR
THE DOING OF THE WORK IN FRANCISCO BOULEVARD ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT, CITY OF SAN RAFAEL. MARIN COUNTY. CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
Rafael, County of Marin, State of California, that the public
hearing, the consideration of the Engineer's Report and Assessment
and the bids for the doing of the work in Francisco Boulevard Assess-
ment District, City of San Rafael, be, and they are hereby, continued
to the 15th day of February, 1965, at -the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the
1st day of February, 1965, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen A4y, har, Barhier, Jensen,
NOES: Councilmen
