RESOLUTION GRANTING ENCROACHMENT PERMIT AND
AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE CONTRACT
IT IS RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Rafael, California,
that a nonexclusive encroachment permit is hereby granted to TELE-VUE
SYSTEMS OF MAKIN, INC.
for the construction and operation of
a community antenna television system in accordance with all of the provisions,
terms and conditions of Resolution No. 3181 of this City Council adopted
on the 7th day of December , 1964, except as such provisions, terms
and conditions of said Resolution may be less stringent than or inconsistent
with this Resolution.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Rafael,
California, that the territory for which this encroachment permit is granted
is described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein
in full.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Rafael that
the City of San Rafael make and enter into an agreement with TELE-VUE SYSTEMS
OF MARIN, INC.
in form, a copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
said agreement on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized
to attest the signature and affix the corporate seal of the City thereto,
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael$ a municipal corporation
of the State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the lot,
day of February, _ 1965, by the following vote, to wit:
