RESOLUTION NO. 3 1'�Zo /
A RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING ON FORMATION
OF SAN RAFAEL CAYES DRAINAGE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
California, that
WHEREAS, this Council did on the 7th day of October,
1963, adopt its Resolution No. 2867, A Resolution of Intention
to Form San Rafael Cayes Drainage Maintenance District, wherein
said Council expressed its intention to form said District and
provided that notice of the day, date and hour for hearing on
the question of forming said District would be thereafter fixed
by the City Council. r q z -
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that Monday, the day
of April, 1965, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M., at the regu-
lar meeting place of said Council, City Hall, San Rafael,
California, be, and they are hereby, fixed as the time and
place when and where the Council will consider the matter of
forming said Maintenance District and any and all persons
having any objections to the formation of said Drainage
Maintenance District or to the extent of said District, or
both, may appear before said Council and show cause why the
formation of said proposed Drainage Maintenance District
should not be carried out in accordance with the terms of
said Resolution of Intention.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice of said hearing
shall be included in the notices to be published, posted
and mailed in connection with the formation of the Assess-
ment District for San Rafael Cayes pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No.,3,,l O , adopted by this Council on March
X965. C ,
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a fully true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of San Rafael, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the %ay of 196 6f by
