RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO SECTION 15 ARTICLE IV OF THE SAN RAFAEL
CITY CHARTER AND 22833 and 22835 OF THE ELECTIONS CODE GIVING
NOTICE OF NOMINEES FOR PUBLIC OFFICE AND MEASURES TO BE VOTED
ON AT ELECTION.
RESOLVED THAT THE ATTACHED ELECTION PROCLAMATION AND NOTICE OF NOMINEES
FOR PUBLIC OFFICE AND NOTICE OF MEASURES TO BE VOTED ON be published in the
Independent Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published in .the City
of San Rafael, pursuant to Section 15 Article IV of the San Rafael City
Charter and the provisions of Section 6066 of the Government Code of
California for two weeks before April 12, 1965.

that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at an adjourned regular meeting of the Council of said City held on Tuesday,
