RESOLUTION ORDERING CLOSING ABANDONING AND VACATING
RIGHTS OF WAY
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of San. Rafael on the 15ti,
day of March , 196 5 , adopted Resolution No. 3215 entitled
"RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE RIGHT(S) OF WAY" and;
WRFJM" said Resolution was posted as required by law; and
WHEREAS the Department of Public Works of the City of Ban Rafael,
California, conspicuously posted notices of right of way vacation
as required by law; and
WHEAFAS a hearing was had this day as required byelaw and said
Resolution No. 3215, at which hearing the Council of the City
of San Rafael heard evidence offered by persona interested; and
WHEREAS it appears from all of the evidence submitted that the
following described right(s) of way is(are) unnecessary for
present or pee9apeetive public use;
NOW, TORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the following described right(a) of way is(are) unnecessary
for present or prospective public use;
2. That the following described right(s) of way is(are) hereby
ordered closed, abandoned and vacated;
3. That the right(s) of way closed, abandoned and vacated is(are)
described on Exhibit A which is attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference.
I, W.C. Cornwell, Clerk of the City of Ban Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Ban Rafael held on 19th day of April ,196 5 , by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilman Aby, Baar, Barbieri Jensen, and Mayor Beitini
NOES: Councilman
