RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, County
of Marin, State of California, that the time of Linscott Co., Inc., to
complete the work and improvement described in Resolution of Intention
No. 2959 of the said City Council for the work and improvement in East
San Rafael Assessment District No. 2, City of San Rafael, Marin County,
California, be and it is hereby extended forty (40) calendar days from
the 9th day of April, 1965, to the 19th day of May, 1965.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California, on the 19th day of April 1965, by the
following vote, to -wit:
