NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ORDERED AND RESOLVED, that said plans, specifications, general provisions, and instructions to bidders be and the same are hereby approved as the official plans, specifications, general provisions and instructions to bidders for the furnishing of materials, services or doing of said work, IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED AND RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of said City be and he is hereby authorized and directed to cause to be published in a manner provided by law a notice inviting sealed proposals for the furnishing of materials, services, or doing of said work, which notice shall contain among other things required by law, a statement of the time and place hereby fixed and appointed for opening, examining and declaring said proposals, to -wit: 8:09 p.m. Monday, K •, ?. 1S:S'r at the Council Chambers in the City Hall of said City.
