A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONVEYANCE TO
THE PACIFIC TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY
SAN RAFAEL CAYES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
California, that the Mayor of this City be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to execute, in duplicate, on behalf of
the City of San Rafael, that certain Conveyance of the underground
communication facilities installed and constructed in San Rafael
Cayes, to the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company, in form
this date presented to this Council, and the City Clerk is directed
to attest his signature and affix thereto the official seal of
the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of San Rafael, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the day of 1965, by the
