A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEEDS AND DEEDS OF EASEMENT
SAN RAFAEL CAYES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
California, that it does hereby accept those certain Grant Deeds
and Deeds of Easement for and on behalf of the San Rafael Cayes
Drainage Maintenance District, and for and on behalf of the City
of San Rafael, all as more particularly described and set forth
in Exhibit "A" hereto attached and incorporated herein by refer-
ence, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
record said deeds in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of Marin, together with a certified copy of this Resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of San Rafael, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the S'f day of r 1965, by the
following vote:

GRANT DEED AND DEEDS OF EASEMENT
1. Deed of Easement from San Rafael Cayes, Inc. to the
City of San Rafael for and on behalf of the San Rafael
Cayes Drainage Maintenance District, covering the
access easement to the drainage pump lot for San
Rafael Cayes, Unit One.
2. Grant Deed from San Rafael Cayes, Inc. to the City of
San Rafael for and on behalf of the San Rafael Cayes
Drainage Maintenance District, covering the drainage
pump lot for San Rafael Cayes, Unit One.
3. Deed of Easement from San Rafael Cayes, Inc. to the
City of San Rafael for and on behalf of the San Rafael
Cayes Drainage Maintenance District, covering the
storm drainage lagoon and appurtenant drainage
structures for San Rafael Cayes, Unit One.
4. Deed of Easement from San Rafael Cayes, Inc. to the
City of San Rafael for and on behalf of the San Rafael
Cayes Drainage Maintenance District, covering the
dike for San Rafael Cayes, Unit One.
5. Deed of Easement to the City of San Rafael for and
on behalf of the San Rafael Cayes Drainage Maintenance
District, covering storm drainage facilities.
6. Deed of Easement from San Rafael Cayes, Inc. to the
City of San Rafael, covering the relocation of
Newport Way.
7. Deed of Easement from San Rafael Cayes, Inc. to the
City of San Rafael, covering miscellaneous easements
for and on behalf of public utility companies for
electrical transformer pads, and covering easements
for street lighting facilities, hydrants and
appurtenances.
