RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEED TO REAL PROPERTY
FROM SAN RAFAEL CAYES. INC. FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, public interest, convenience, and welfare require
the acquisition of certain property for municipal purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of
the City of San Rafael that that certain grant of real property comprising
of six (6) acres, more or less, located in the southwesterly portion of the
lands of San Rafael Cayes, Inc., the description of which is more particularly
described in a survey by Dan Coleman 6 Associates, on file with the Title
Insurance 6 Trust Company, San Rafael, California, be hereby accepted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of San Rafael does agree
to pay its fair share of curbs, gutters, and street paving in that portion
of the street to be developed on which said property fronts, said street
to be an extension of Bellam Boulevard.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Treasurer of the City of San
Rafael shall make a warrant payable to TITLE INSURANCE AND TRUST COMPANY
in the amount of SEVENTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100THS DOLLARS
($17,500.00), and upon the close of escrow to be paid to SAN RAFAEL CAYES,
INC., as full payment for said property; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk of said City is hereby
directed to cause said deed to be duly recorded in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of Marin, State of California, forthwith upon the
adoption of this resolution.

hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday,
the 17th day of May, 1965, by the following vote, to -wit:
